You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, and destination.
Many of our items are perishable and should be opened and stored according to package instructions.
We recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery.
What The Fur is not responsible for spoilage or damage due to delayed retrieval or improper storage after delivery.
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or is missing:

Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If a refund is preferred, we will issue it minus the original shipping costs.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
